At LINK Necklaces, we want you to love your new layers; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that personalized engraved pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip.
Package Securely
Place the necklace in its original jewelry box to prevent tangling and seal it in a padded mailer with the packing slip.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
